This policy explains what information CBTB, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we", "us"), which runs Health & Horoscope and its AI character Jance, collects through HealthandHoroscope.com and when you buy from us, how we use it, and your choices.
Short version: When you buy, our checkout partner Whop collects your payment details and shares your name, email and order details with us so we can deliver your download and help you. We don't run an email newsletter right now and won't send you marketing emails. We don't use advertising pixels, analytics or tracking cookies on our site. We don't sell your personal information. We don't collect health information. Our journals are printables you fill in on paper, and we never see them.
1. Who we are and how to reach us

Birthday: our "Not sure? Enter your birthday" tool asks only for your birth month and day. It runs inside your browser to suggest your sign. We don't receive, store or share it.
What we don't collect: health or medical information, mood or sleep logs, precise location, or government ID numbers. The "how I feel" pages in our journals are on paper and for your eyes only.
3. Whop, our checkout and payment partner
Purchases are processed by Whop, Inc. Under Whop's terms, Whop acts as merchant of record only as the payment processor and appears on your card statement, while CBTB, LLC is the seller and supplier of the product and is named at checkout and on your receipt. Whop collects your payment and account information on its own checkout pages, sends your receipt, and shares your purchase confirmation and contact details with us. Whop's own Privacy Policy governs the information Whop collects, including any cookies or analytics on Whop's pages.
4. How we use your information
- To deliver your purchase and download, and to provide support
- To handle refunds, swaps, payment disputes and fraud prevention
- To keep records the law requires (for example, tax and accounting)
- To protect our rights and comply with the law
We do not send marketing emails at this time. If we start an email list later, we'll ask for your permission first and update this policy before we do.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers working for us, as needed: - Whop, Inc.: checkout, payments, receipts, refunds and disputes - Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and security - Our bank, accountants and professional advisers: as needed to run the business - Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights - A buyer of our business: if the business is sold (this policy will continue to apply)
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing or for targeted advertising.
6. Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track
- Our site uses no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics and no tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
- No other company collects personal information about your online activities over time and across other websites through our site. (Whop's checkout pages are covered by Whop's privacy policy.)
- We don't track you across other websites, so we don't change anything in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or delete: email support@healthandhoroscope.com from the address you used to buy. We'll respond within 30 days. We may keep order records we're required to keep for tax, accounting, dispute or legal reasons.
- Nevada residents: you can send a verified request to support@healthandhoroscope.com asking us not to sell your covered information. We don't sell it, but we'll record your request and respond within 60 days.
- California residents: you can review and request changes to your information as described above. We don't sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Consumer health data (Washington and Nevada): we don't collect consumer health data. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
8. Adults only
Our site and products are for adults 18 and older living in the United States. They are not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it. Parents can contact support@healthandhoroscope.com.
9. How long we keep information
- Order records: 7 years, for tax and accounting
- Records of what you agreed to at checkout (kept by Whop and by us): at least 3 years
- Support emails: 2 years
10. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable security measures, but no system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
11. Changes to this policy
We'll post any change here with a new effective date. We won't use information we already have in a materially different way without telling you first, and getting your consent where the law requires it.
